cheap travel insurance for over 75's for long stay of 60 days?
my wife and i need travel insurance for 60 days either as yearly or single trip.i have tried some ins. companies on the net but they have all been to dear, we are both in good health
Try age concern as suggested or possibly saga. A travel company called PJ Hayman has a product called freespirit which should also offer you cover.
You probably will only get annual cover for Europe as well.
Unfortunately Insurance companies double premiums at your age regardless of whether you are in good health or not. The government is shortly bringing in new legislation which will stop this discrimnation. Whether it will bring you older folks the much deserved lower premiums or us younger folks higher premiums we will have to see.
