Should There be a Forum for owners of 2 or more dogs/puppies?
I think it would be a good idea to have a forum for multi-dog owners, as there can be problems and issues for those of us with more than 1 companion dog and I am sure we could help and support each other. Topics to cover perhaps to include: training issues for 2 dogs, (obedience, agility and field work)
Where best to get training,
Diet and feeding,
Health problems,
How to overcome: possessivness, obessive behaviour, jealousy issues,
Dogs and children,
Dogs and visitors,
Dogs and holidays, travel, quaranteen and kennels,
Dogs and other pets
anything else you can think of.
If anyone is seriously interested I would be open to ideas about how to go about it and willing to help set it up!

I agree, the challenges are abundant! I have a 15 yr. old blind tiny toy chihuahua that has to live and dominate (her decision, not mine, LOL) a 3 year old Australian Cattle Dog and the Cattle Dog’s new puppy, and Australian Shepherd, so yeah, I could benefit from that!
Also, when you have multiple dogs, they teach each other bad habits! So now they (well, the two aussies anyway) egg each other on as well…so the door bolting, the general stubborness, the barking, it is all more intese with 2…then add in my chihuahua and it seems like I can’t get a word in edgewise, LOL!
