Can reduce crosstalk (sound that travels from other rooms) through air conditioning ducts, without redoing the system?

We Victorian double, and the air conditioning system was added after construction. You can hear someone talking in the basement, even if you is on the third floor, through the heating ducts. I have neither the knowledge nor the budget to replace the existing channels - there is an insertion or a deviation of some kind that can be inserted to reduce the transmission of crosstalk? Thanks for your help!

There is little you can do about situations like yours. Corrections probably include an analysis and extensive duct modifications. Filtering or annoying air movement affects the restriction that it may void the warranty team. They also interfere with the flow of air can alter the effectiveness of the system. You have to find someone in that has a reputation for successfully addressing the problems of ducts. Wait a minimum of guarantees and substantial fees. Good luck.
