What should I do with respect to a travel agent not to book a hotel?
A month ago I called a travel agent to book hotel and tickets plane. I received a confirmation for the carrier, but not the hotel. After I called the travel agent said it would address we have reservations. I've been calling for over a week and she will not return my calls. I called the hotel and all reservations are booked without my name. What I have rights.? What is my next step?
Do you charge to your credit card for both or just the airline ticket? If airfare is part okay or cancel any dispute the charges and credit card or keep the air and stay the rest yourself. Obviously, if that hotel reservation needs find another as soon as possible, probably on your own … then go to the BBB website and file a complaint there. The main thing is to get your trip booked. Travel companies are known to be idiots to do what you do. But there really is no reason to use travel agents more. DBoy
