Need help – Immigration and travel?

1) I came to the U.S. on an award ticket and my Retun is July25th -2008. 2) My visa – I-94 expires March 6, 2008 3) My my daughter has called green card I-130 in November and until today I have the receipt number from USCIS 4) As I go out of status Airlines asked me my ticket intends to March 5, but refuse to do so since I started my journey (according to the airline) Any advice?

Obviously, your approach to becoming a resident learning is a process output directed to emigrate to a country. When it enters the United States, the chief inspecting officer to believe that just visiting, trying not remain in the U.S. forever. If I had known it was going to try to become a permanent resident after admission as a visitor would not have issued an I-94 valid for any date. At this time, the California and Vermont Service Centers are contracting I-130, submitted in June 2007. If yours was made in November, I expect that you would like to hear something in May or June.
